Holiday Planning - Prioritize
Ok, we've gotten a good start so far. Let's begin figuring out what needs to be taken care of first.
Assignment: Prioritize your Holiday planning lists (10 minutes)
1. Take a look at your lists so far: Cards, Gifts, Cooking/Food, Travel/Visitors, Supplies, etc.
2. What are the top categories that you have to start working on right away?
3. Within each list, begin highlighting or circling the tasks that have to be started on right now. For instance, I just found out that we're having my in-laws flying in, THIS FRIDAY, rather than at Thanksgiving, when they were originally schedule to arrive, so my "Visitors" list now gets top priority. Also, since I'm so disorganized with my address lists, I have to make my Card list and the task of gathering addresses, a top priority now, because it'll take the most amount of time to work on.
4. In another column, next to each task (if you haven't done this already) write the due dates that you need to complete each item by. Go through and do this for all your lists.

See you tomorrow.
